Setup / Starting Position
- Start in a high plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Place your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart for stability.
- Engage your core muscles.
Exercise Position
- Lower your body towards the floor, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
- As you push back up, rotate your torso to the left, extending your left arm towards the ceiling.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
Form & Performance
- Inhale as you lower your body towards the floor.
- Exhale as you push back up and rotate your torso.
