Cookie
Policy
We keep it simple and honest. XHealthBlend uses only the cookies necessary to run the platform securely — no advertising, no tracking pixels, no surprises.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use a web-based application. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to site operators.
Alongside cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and authentication tokens. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as “cookies” throughout this document.
Cookies can be: Session cookies (temporary, deleted when you close your browser), Persistent cookies (remain for a set period until deleted), First-party cookies (set directly by XHealthBlend), or Third-party cookies (set by external services we use).
How We Use Cookies
XHealthBlend uses cookies exclusively to operate and improve the Platform, guided by these principles:
- Minimum necessary: We only set cookies genuinely needed for the Platform to function or improve your experience
- No advertising: We never use cookies to serve targeted ads or build advertising profiles
- No cross-site tracking: We do not use cookies to track your activity across other websites
- Transparency: Every cookie we use is listed in Section 3 below
- Your control: Non-essential cookies can be disabled at any time through your browser or our cookie settings
Types of Cookies We Use
Cookies We Do Not Use
We want to be explicit. XHealthBlend does not use:
- Advertising cookies — No Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or any advertising network cookies
- Retargeting cookies — We do not track you after leaving our Platform to show ads elsewhere
- Social media tracking pixels — No Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media pixels
- Data broker cookies — We do not share any cookie data with data brokers or aggregation services
- Browser fingerprinting — We do not use fingerprinting or similar techniques to identify you without cookies
Third-Party Cookies
Payment processor
Our payment processing provider may set cookies during the checkout flow to enable secure transaction processing and fraud prevention. These are governed by the payment processor’s own cookie policy.
Content delivery & performance
We may use CDNs or performance optimization services that set short-lived technical cookies to route traffic efficiently. These contain no personal information and expire within the user session.
No embedded third-party trackers
We do not embed third-party widgets, social share buttons, or external content that would cause third-party tracking cookies to be set without your knowledge.
Cookie Consent & Your Choices
Cookie banner
On your first visit, you will see a cookie consent banner allowing you to: accept all cookies, accept only essential cookies, or customize preferences by category. Your choices are saved in the xhb_cookie_consent cookie and respected on all subsequent visits.
Changing your preferences
Update your preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the footer of any page. Changes take effect immediately for new cookies; previously placed cookies are removed within 24 hours.
Withdrawing consent
Withdrawing consent for optional cookies will not affect your ability to use core Platform features. Some preferences (like language or theme) may need to be re-entered after each visit if functional cookies are disabled.
Managing Cookies in Your Browser
In addition to our in-Platform settings, you can manage, block, or delete cookies directly through your browser settings:
Do Not Track (DNT)
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is currently no industry-wide standard for responding to DNT signals. Our minimal-cookie approach already reflects the spirit of this preference — we do not track users across websites regardless of DNT settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in cookies used, legal requirements, or Platform improvements. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
- Display a notice on the Platform informing you of the change
- Where changes introduce new non-essential cookies, reset your consent preferences for review
We encourage you to check this page periodically to stay informed.
