Setup / Starting Position
- Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in front of your chest with both hands, elbows bent.
- Keep your back straight and your shoulders pulled back.
Exercise Position
- Brace your core and push your hips back, lowering into a squat position.
- Keep your elbows lifted and your chest up.
Form & Performance
- Lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the ground, or as low as you can comfortably go.
- Keep your weight in your heels and your knees aligned with your toes.
