Setup / Starting Position
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand in the front rack position (resting on your shoulders).
Exercise Position
- Engage your core muscles and keep your chest up.
- Take a large step forward with one foot, lowering your body into a lunge position.
Form & Performance
- Keep your chest up and your shoulders pulled back.
- Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
