Setup / Starting Position
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand at your sides.
Exercise Position
- Engage your core muscles and keep your chest up.
- Take a large step backward with one foot, lowering into a lunge position.
Form & Performance
- Lower your back knee towards the ground while keeping your front knee aligned with your toes.
- Press through your front heel to return to the starting position.
