Setup / Starting Position
  • Start in a handstand position against a wall, with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line.
  • Shift your weight onto one hand and begin to walk your hands along the ground.
  • Keep your core engaged and your body in a straight line.
Exercise Position
  • Walk your hands forward by alternating your left and right hands.
  • Keep your shoulders stable and your core engaged to maintain balance.
Form & Performance
  • Continue walking your hands forward for the desired distance, maintaining balance and control.
  • Keep your gaze between your hands to help maintain balance.
