Setup / Starting Position
- Start in a handstand position against a wall, with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line.
- Shift your weight onto one hand and begin to walk your hands along the ground.
- Keep your core engaged and your body in a straight line.
Exercise Position
- Walk your hands forward by alternating your left and right hands.
- Keep your shoulders stable and your core engaged to maintain balance.
Form & Performance
- Continue walking your hands forward for the desired distance, maintaining balance and control.
- Keep your gaze between your hands to help maintain balance.
