Setup / Starting Position
  • Lie on your back with your arms extended towards the ceiling and your legs bent at a 90-degree angle, holding a stability ball between your hands and knees.
Exercise Position
  • Engage your core muscles and lift your shoulder blades off the floor.
Form & Performance
  • Lower one arm and the opposite leg towards the floor while keeping your lower back pressed into the floor, passing the stability ball from hand to foot.
