Setup / Starting Position
- Sit on a bench or chair with your feet flat on the ground, knees bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Hold a barbell with an underhand grip (palms facing up), hands positioned shoulder-width apart.
- Rest your forearms on your thighs or on the bench, allowing your wrists to hang off the edge.
Exercise Position
- Curl the barbell upwards by flexing your wrists, bringing your hands towards your forearms as far as comfortable.
- Keep your forearms stable and avoid moving them during the exercise.
Form & Performance
- Lower the barbell back down towards the starting position under control, allowing your wrists to extend and stretch the muscles.
- Avoid letting the weight drop suddenly or bouncing at the bottom of the movement.
