Setup / Starting Position
  • Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell across your upper back with a grip slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  • Engage your core and keep your chest lifted throughout the exercise.
Exercise Position
  • Step back with one foot, lowering your body down into a lunge position.
  • Bend both knees to approximately 90 degrees, keeping your torso upright.
Form & Performance
  • Push through the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position.
  • Keep your core engaged and avoid leaning forward or rounding your back.
