Setup / Starting Position
- Sit on a stability ball with your feet flat on the ground, knees bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Hold a barbell with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Exercise Position
- Roll down onto the ball until your upper back and shoulders are supported, and your head and neck are in a neutral position.
- Extend your arms fully, holding the barbell directly above your chest.
Form & Performance
- Inhale and lower the barbell towards your chest, bending your elbows to approximately 90 degrees.
- Exhale and press the barbell back up to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
