Setup / Starting Position
- Sit on a chair or bench with your feet flat on the floor.
- Place a resistance band just above your knees.
Exercise Position
- Sit up tall with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
- Keep your knees bent at a 90-degree angle.
Form & Performance
- Exhale as you push your knees out against the resistance band, engaging your hip abductor muscles.
- Inhale as you release the tension and bring your knees back together.
