Setup / Starting Position
- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell overhead with arms fully extended, using a grip slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Engage your core and keep your chest lifted throughout the exercise.
Exercise Position
- Take a large step forward with your right foot, lowering into a lunge position while keeping the barbell stable overhead.
- Ensure your front knee is aligned with your ankle and does not extend past your toes.
Form & Performance
- Push through your right heel to return to the starting position, fully extending your right leg.
- Repeat the movement on the opposite side, stepping forward with your left foot.
